Luci-Even though I shoot in RAW, one cannot always get rid of the color cast nor get true skin tones. I was out shooting portraits in bushes/ green plant and tree environments at different times of the day and on different days…the green made a ‘lasting impression’ on my subject…from yellow cast to a grayish blue cast

My tip would be find a place that has multiple usable backgrounds within a very short walking distance. I’ve seen a few recent High School Senior shoots that looked boring because there was little to no change in the background from image to image. Also, finding a location with various backgrounds when doing family photo shoots makes it easier to move small children from one spot to another without wearing them out.
